A G0IV star with a K0V companion that never comes closer than 8 AU.  The “IV” indicates that like Delta Pavonis and Beta Hydri, the G star is going to evolve off the main sequence, becoming a lot bigger and less hospitable to life.  It’s about 3.8 billion years old, so it could have a planet with a native species that’s desperately trying to find a new place to live…  The system is 35 light years away.
