This system is about 36 light years from us.  It’s made up of 11 Leonis Minoris A, a G8V yellow dwarf with a metallicity around that of Sol, and 11 Leonis Minoris B, an M5V red dwarf orbiting A at an average distance of 43 AU -- but that may come as close as 4 AU.  If B does come that close, A is not a good candidate for a habitable world, despite the rest of the promising data. As well, A may not be much more than 2 billion years old.

ETA: Mamajek and Hildebrand give an age range of 1.4 to 2.3 billion years.
