In Grus, 51 light years out, this is a G0V star with a metallicity over 90% that of Sol.  No known planets, but it has a debris disk at 135 AU.  It’s 6 billion years old.

Chi Herculis/1 Herculis

52 light years from Sol, this is an F9V star about 8.1 billion years old with a metallicity under 40% of Sol’s.
