About 57.4 light years away, this is an F9V dwarf with a Jovian planet about 2 AU out.  The star is only 1.75 billion years old or so, so it‘s not a great prospect for an Earthlike planet with advanced life.  Metallicity is 0.9 times that of Sol.

HD 189567/Gliese 776/HR 7644   

This G2V dwarf in Pavo is 57.8 light years from Sol.  It is around 4.5 billion years old and has a metallicity around 55% of Sol's.
