A G2.5IV sub-giant located 86 light years from Earth. It’s known to have a super-Jovian planet just outside the star’s habitable (to us) zone. Metallicity is about the same as Sol’s and estimates of its age range from 6 to 13 billion years. If, as some astronomers think, it’s on the verge of dying, there could be life forms in the system looking for someplace new to live. If they live on a moon of that super-Jovian, perhaps they’d find Mars a congenial place…
