Iota Piscium

Around 45 light years from Sol, Iota Piscium is an F7V star believed to be 3.7 billion years old, although I've seen figures over 5 billion.  In any case, it probably has “only” a few hundred million years of life left before it turns giant on us.  Metallicity is about 60% of Sol's.

ETA: Bryden et al give a metallicity about 70% of Sol’s.
