A system 26.6 light years from here, comprised of two K-class orange dwarfs, worth a look because both are good prospects for habitable worlds. Star A is a K2V or so, while B is probably a K0V. They don’t come any closer to each other than 30 AU or so. No known planets, and the stars appear to be around 5 billion years old.
ETA: Flynn and Morell give a metallicity for B of 52% Sol’s.
